01 Night in Nagarkot

Day 1:            KATHMANDU – NAGARKOT                                                                                      [D]

Welcome to a unique experience! Assemble at Friendship Bridge; meet with our local representative, for your drive to hotel, the place with exotic beauty of nature. Nagarkot provides an excellent view of the mountain range (Langtang, Lirung, Ladies Peak, Amadablam, Dorje Lhakpa, Chobha Bhamre, and Manaslu) and many other major peaks of the Himalaya, as well as Mt. Everest (on a clear day). It is a lovely scenic spot with a spectacular view of the sunset too. (Dinner)

Day 2:             NAGARKOT – KATHMANDU                                                                [B, L, D]

Wake up early morning to catch the view of sunrise over the Himalayan range. After breakfast, we head back to Kathmandu city tour to Patan, the oldest and the second largest of the three major cities of Kathmandu Valley. Midway stop at a Tibetan refugee camp to see the Tibetan carpet factory, you will see the spinning, dyeing and weaving of the Tibetan Carpets. If interested, you may wish to pick up your favorite carpet. Lunch on chinatown patan with chinese food. After lunch visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square: – The Durbar Square (the palace complex) in the central part of Bhaktapur which depict the art and architecture of the Malla rule. The Palace of Fifty – five windows stand in the square was once the home to many kings of Bhaktapur. Other monuments around the Durbar Square are also worth visiting. Then back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3:             KATHMANDU                                                                                                       [B, L, D]

Breakfast at hotel. Embark on your Kathmandu city tour, visiting the 2000 year old Swoyambhunath Stupa, which rest atop a green hillock west of Kathmandu. It is also known as Monkey Temple. From here, you can also catch a panoramic view of Kathmandu City. Later,  visiting Pashupatinath and Boudhanath. Pashupatinath Temple is situated 5 km east of Kathmandu. It is the temple of Lord Shiva and is considered one of the holiest shrines of Hindus. Lunch on the way. The Stupa of Boudhanath lays 8kms east of Kathmandu. This ancient colossal Stupa is one of the biggest in the world and the center of Buddhism. It was listed in the UNESCO Heritage Monument in 1979.

Day 4:                         KATHMANDU                                                                               [B, L, D]

Breakfast at hotel. Sighteeing continues to Kathmandu Durbar Square where you can view the monuments and art from decades of year. View of the living god, Kumari and Kumari Temple. Lunch on the way. Return back to hotel. Late afternoon leisure walk in Thamel, a popular tourist district in Kathmandu Valley and a bustling bazaar which offers a glimpse of Nepal’s vibrant ethnic culture. Dinner at Nepali chulo with Nepali delicious tasteing food with nepali cultural show.

Day 5:             DEPARTURE                                                                                                                      [B]

Breakfast at hotel. After that, drive to Friendship bridge,
