Day 01: KATHMANDU                                                                                                            [D]

Arrive Kathmandu . Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel.

Evening sightseeing of Patan.

Patan Durbar Square: – It is an enchanting mélange of palace buildings, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples. This Square was the former Royal Palace Complex which was the center of Patan’s religious and social life, and houses a museum containing an array of bronze status and religious monuments. One remarkable monument here is 17th Century temple dedicated to the Hindu god Krishna, built entirely of stone, lunch after lunch visit.  The ancient city of Patan is situated on the southern bank of the river Bagmati and is about 5 kms  south  of  Kathmandu . The city is full of Buddhist monuments & Hindu temples. It is also known as the city of artists. Lalitpur, “the city of beauty”, is another name for Patan, dinner and overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: KATHMANDU                                                                                                    [B/L/D]

Breakfast at hotel, then continues the excursion to

Changu Narayan Temple: – It is the holy temple of Hindu. This temple has been put in the world heritage sites. From the temple you can view the enchanting view of Kathmandu Valley. You can view the golden temple of Changu Narayan.

Bhaktapur durbar Square: – The Durbar Square (the palace complex) in the central part of Bhaktapur depicts the art and architecture of the Malla rule. The Palace of Fifty – five windows stand in the square was the home to many kings of Bhaktapur. Boudhanath: – It is the world’s biggest Stupa located about 2 kilometers to the north of Pashupatinath temple. The Colossal Stupa is known by the name of Boudhanath, the god of wisdom. It is difficult to assign a period to it, as some believe that it was built during the reign of either Shiva Dev or Anshu Verma in the 7th Century AD. Boudhanath attracts the Buddhist pilgrims from all over the world,

Pashupatinath It is one of the holiest Hindu shrines in the world. The temple is dedicated to lord Shiva and is built in the familiar Pagoda Style. Chronicies indicate the temple’s existence prior to 400 AD. This holy place is picturesque collection of temples and shrines. All the dying persons are brought to Pashupatinath for the cremation. Only the Hindus are allowed to go inside the temple, dinner in Chinese restaurant, overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03: KATHMANDU-POKHARA                                                                              [B/L/D]

Breakfast at hotel, drive to Pokhara by private vehicle, a scenic town, lunch on the way, check in hotel lunch, sightseeing to David’s fall, evening one hour boating on Fewa Lake visit Taal Barahi, dinner and overnight in Pokhara.

Day 04: POKHARA                                                                                                           [B/L/D]

Early morning see a sunrise view and back to hotel for breakfast after breakfast sightseeing Bindabasini Temple, Tibetan Village, Gupteshwor cave lunch after lunch, evening free for shopping around lake side, dinner and Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 05: POKHARA – CHITWAN                                                                                   [B/L/D]

Breakfast at hotel, drive to Chitwan, check in resort, lunch after lunch briefing about jungle activities, village tour by ox- cart, elephant ride, back to hotel BBQ dinner, overnight in Chitwan

Day 06: CHITWAN                                                                                                            [B/L/D]

Full day jungle activities including elephant back safari in search of animals, reptiles, birds and other denizens of the jungle. Visit to elephant bathing centre, evening visit to Elephant breeding centre, Tharu cultural dance or slideshow, overnight at Lodge in Chitwan

Day 07: CHITWAN-KATHMANDU                                                                               [B/L/D]

Drive back to Kathmandu, lunch on the way, dinner and overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 08: KATHMANDU                                                                                                    [B/L/D]

Breakfast at hotel, drive to Dhulikhel, lunch on the way, evening time hiking down to Panauti. This downhill walk over cultivated fields and villages is a good way of seeing the Kathmandu countryside. After sightseeing of Panauti, drive back to Kathmandu, dinner at hotel overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 09: KATHMANDU                                                                                                    [B/L/D]

Kathmandu Durbar Square: – It is an overwhelming frenzy of art and architecture. The medieval palace complex is erected in different styles at the right hand side of the Kumari temple. The house of Kumari (living goddess), the ferocious Kal Bhairab, the red monkey god and hundreds of erotic carvings are a few examples of the sights at the square! All wood carvings, statues and architecture in this area are exceptionally fine, free for shopping in Thamel area, evening farewell dinner in Bhancha Ghar Restaurant with live show, overnight at hotel.

Swoyambhunath Stupa: – The Swoyambhunath Stupa crowns a hillock to the west of Kathmandu. A massive white dome surrounded by a 13 stage spire, the Stupa is one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in Nepal. It is said to be 2000 years old. Its origin is linked to the founding of the Kathmandu Valley, draining the water out of the lake by bodhisattva Manjushree. Swoyambhunath Manifested in the lake as a brilliant light emanating from a lotus and Manjushree let the water out by slashing a passage through the surrounding hills to facilitate paying homepage to Swoyambhu, thus making the valley inhabitable,

Breakfast at hotel, Kathmandu Meeting and assistance to the airport for return flight.
